The property was exactly what we needed for our xmas stay. the roof terrace was a total sun trap, perfect for soaking up the winter sunshine. the pool was amazing and we enjoyed swimming in it despite the cooler weather. the villa's location was ideal, with restaurants, bars, and the beach just a short walk away. the convenience of having supermarkets nearby was great, and being close to golf courses was a bonus for our companions. we loved our stay and found the host to be friendly and helpful.

That there was only one key, which made it difficult for our group when going out separately. It would have been nice to have more than one key.

We were blown away by our stay at this amazing villa! The host Ray and his assistant Susanne were super helpful and made our arrival and departure a breeze. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home, including a washing machine and barbecue. The rooftop terrace was absolutely mind-blowing, with breathtaking views of parrots flying by and stunning sunsets. The villa was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and supermarket. We loved being close to restaurants, bars, and a shopping center. The pool was fabulous, especially with the fantastic weather we had. The two bathrooms were a major plus for our two couples. The villa's central location was fantastic for our golf-loving partners, who enjoyed six rounds during our stay. our stay could not have been better. Susanne was friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. The cleanliness and modernity of the villa, along with its close proximity to the beach and vibrant nightlife, made it a jaw-dropping experience.

The central location was ideal for golfers, as our partners were able to enjoy several rounds during our stay. we had a wonderful experience and the host, Susanne, was friendly and extremely helpful.

This villa is absolutely amazing! The rooms are cozy and the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave.

The only downside for me was that there is no electric kettle. But that's just my personal preference!
